Keg at the Bottle Shop, 31/01/18. Hazed orange with a decent white covering. Nose is grain, breads, vanilla, sweet and sour notes, tangy apricot, green berry funk. Taste comprises bready notes, apricot, gooseberries, straw, grains, light yeast tickle, touch vinous, white grape. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close with a light fruit tang. Solid twist on the style.

Keg at the bottle shop druid Street during the tap takeover. A clouded yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting thin froth. Aroma is perfume, floral, petrol, soft bready wheat, apricot. Flavour is composed of soft bready malts, wheat, tangy apricot, peach, light perfume notes,. Palate is soft delicate, light oak tannin in the finish. Nice stuff

Bottleshop. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth, semi dry and has decent fine minerally carbonation. Soft malts, mildly sweet. Tangy orange, tangerine and apricot, trace of lemon. Nice light bretty vibe. A mild white wine tang before an airy minerally finish. Wouldn't have guessed this is a Hefe, but it's a nice beer.

Keg at Bottle Shop. It pours cloudy orange with a medium white head. The aroma is bready, grassy, floral, musty, sweet white bread, vanilla, vinous, gooseberry, dull sulphur and hay. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, touch of acidity upfront, bready malt, cereal, hay, toasty grain, vanilla, bit of spice, greengage and some warming booze with a dry, spiced finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Errs on the side of being a bit too sweet perhaps. Fun to try anyhow.
