Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Beerhawk. Pours clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Crispy pale bread, a little citrus aspect in the nose, maybe some pine needles, straw. Light to medium sweet flavour with more bready malts, biscuits, a little dough, faint bitter hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, more biscuity character, faint citrus fruits, a little dough, straw. Drinkable stuff.

Keg at the brewery tap. A clear mid golden coloured pour with a fine sticky white head. Aroma is semi sweet malts with cereal and honey notes, light earthy notes. Noble hop on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base malts, little honey and biscuit, honey monster cereal and light spicy noble hop character. Palate is semi sweet, frothy carbonation, to drying finish. Solid beer.
