Sweet floral and citrus hop aromas give way to resinous, citrus and pine hop flavours balanced by rich biscuit and caramel malts.

Almost clear amber beer, little pale tan head. Palate is smooth and with fine carbonation. Clean malt. Surprising amount of smoke, goes all right with the marmalade hops. Little dry malt before the finish. Not bad, not what I was expecting but not bad!

33cl bottle from Oddbins London Bridge. Well it’s a clear amber colour with a thick off white head. Bit of rubber on aroma and flavour. Some ok malt, but not a very good beer to be honest, that rubber is not great.

Keg at The Southern. Pours golden brown with a decent white head. Aromas has something distinctly cheesey going on, acidic anyway. Weird. Tastes a bit unusual, but fits the parameters for beer. Forgettable ending.

Clear amber beer. Light citrus aroma. Sharp lemony flavour and a hoppy finish. Very refreshing too.

Tap at Cloisters, Edinburgh - 08/12/12. Dark amber with a good frothy white head that retains well. Nose is light pine, caramel malts, hops, light grpaefruit, mineral notes. Taste follows, a little biscuit, caramel, hops. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Decent.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 12/10/2012. Rich amber in colour with a decent, off-white head. Aroma of citrus fruits, grassy hops and a touch of caramel. Flavour had plenty of earthy malts, more citrus fruits, culminating in a decent, bitter finish. Very good.

Keg, bottle and can. Murky amber body with a medium beige head. Low carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of toffee, melon, stewed tea, grapefruit and biscuit. Flavour is bittersweet - caramel, earth, melon and orange. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Light carbonation. Hoppy and sweet at the same time. It’s tasty, but I think it would be even better if it was slightly sweeter.
