(Draught at BrewDog Camden, London, 23 Nov 2017) Hazy reddish amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with caramel, red fruit and a touch of vinegar. Malty, tart taste with notes of caramel, red fruit, some balsamic vinegar, toast and a fairly low bitterness in a finish with a fresh tartness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Good take on the Flemish sour red style. Nice one.

Keg at Barley Mow, Bristol. Hazy mid brown pour, with a small white head. Aroma is complex, funky, acetic vinegar, dark berries. Taste is tart dark fruits & berries with a distinct vinegar like tang, dry grape skin finish. Medium bodied. A really interesting beer, wonโt appeak to all. I liked it.

Keg at the Euston Tap, West Lodge, 26/05/17. Murky chestnut brown with a well appointed off white head. Nose is tarte berry fruits, varnish, funk, rotting red apple core, acidic wafts. Taste comprises pissy red berry skins, sharp fruit tang, hedgerow, damp wood, earthy cherry skin sours, light herbals. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, puckering finale with an acidic bite. Decent sour ... plenty going on in this one.
