Brewdog Clerkenwell. Keg, Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head, Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts. Nice tropical fruits. Bourbon tang and spice. Resin. Light bitterness. Touch of wood. Nice vanilla streak. Grapefruit sherbet on the finish. All comes together very well indeed. A delightful BA DIPA. Loads of hop character and good barrel character as well. This is the way to do it!

Keg at BD Clerko, 11/02/16. Hazed orange amber topped with a decent beige swirl. Nose is pine needle. earthy hops, grapefruit, bitter tropical fruit fumes, light barrel notes. Taste comprises grapefruit, orange rinds, light bourbon trace, pinch of spice, caramel malt, juicy citric strains. Medium body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a subtle barrel chase and earthy hop bitterness. Decent ... drinks below the ABV.
