Bottle at home, from Aune Valley Farm shop, 30/04/16. Murky orange with a brief head of off white bubbles upon the initial pour. Nose is earthy orchard fruits, dried apple skins, straw, light funk and smoke. Taste comprises tarte apple pulp, brown sugar, earthy, Medium boided, no carbonation, drying close. Decent farmhouse cider, earthy and with a good balance between bitter and sweet.

Cloudy tan with a little bit of blush. Tannic aroma with a bit of juice. Tannic and juicy character, a little bit of puckering acidity and tannins. Nicely balanced.
