Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear, glowing orange-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds mild ripening citrus, lightly grainy pale malts, hints of rind and pine. Light to medium sweet flavour with mellow piney bitterness, orange, tangerine, more citrus rind, some oily pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Lightly resinous to finish, with more pine, some bitter grass, ripening orange, hints of mango. A solid offering.

Keg at BD Sheps, 14/04/16. HH rake number JUAN hundred ... something like a year since hitting 90 !! Golden orange topped with a decent off White swirl. Nose is mellow hops, tangerine, grass, light bread, melon. Taste comprises caramel malt, sweet notes, candied orange peel, grain, toasted bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with gentle hop interplay. On easy drinking number.
