Poured up on tap at Mikkeller Bar in SF where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a near white head of foam. The aroma offers up floral hops, grassy hops and then a slight sense of citrus banging around in the aroma’s backyard. The taste delivers smooth soft, nay – pillowy – floral hops, a dash of mango juiciness and then some bitter grapefruit like citrus hops. This is easy drinking to the point of being dangerously drinkable.
