Cask at the brew pub, 22/09/15. Clear copper bedecked with limited beige spotting. Nose is tarte fruit, herbal, straw, bitter orange, spice. Taste comprises earthy notes, farmy, spice, herbal, light lemon jus. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. So so for style ... a touch basic.

Cask gravity at the rake. Hazed attractive pinky reddy orange coloured pour with a lasting thin off white head. Aroma is delicate fruit, berry, saison yeast, little doughy bread. Flavour is composed of wheat grains, husks , blueberry yogurt, little tangy berry, grainy wheat. Palate is grainy, moderate carbonation, berry finish. Nice saison yeast character.

Cask at Four Thieves. It pours clear pinkish/rose with a decent foamy off-white head. The nose is soft, fragrant, juniper berry, hibiscus, general hedgerow fruits, pepper and earth. The taste is crisp, tart red berry upfront, floral/hibiscus vibe, toasty grass, leaves, cracker, spice and cracked peppercorn with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Interesting and quaffable. Nice one.
