From tap. Pours cloudy orange, white head. Aroma is grassy, straw. Light bubblegum, grassy. Herbal hoppy. Straw and grassy. Bitter and dry hoppy finish.

Keg at the brewpub, 19/07/15. Clear pale golden with a decent white cap that stays for the show. Nose is pale malt, straw, light hops, tangerine, bread. Taste comprises lemon rind, straw, pale malt, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, grassy hop bitterness in the close. Decent lightly hopped pils, refreshing summer jus.

(Draught at Eschenbräu, Berlin, 26 July 2014) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, grass, hay and a touch of citrus. Malty taste with notes of bread, cereal, some citrus and a certain grassy bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.

Vom Faß beim Eschenbräu, Berlin-Wedding. - Hellgelb, trüb. - In der Nase Hefe und grasiger Hopfen mit leicht zitroniger Note. - Schlanker Antrunk mit kräftigem, herb-grasigem Hopfen und Hefe. Durchschnittlich rezent. Im Abgang leicht trocken und schön hopfenbitter mit etwas „grünen“ Noten. Die Hopfenaromen sind etwas einspurig - vorwiegend grasig - aber prominent und harmonieren bestens mit dem hefigen Körper. Angenehmes Sommerbier mit erfreulich wenig Alkohol. Könnte etwas mehr Charakter haben.

Draught. Citrus aroma. Honey gold with a medium head, ok lacing. Flavour is bitter citrus hop, yeast and dough. A hop pier version of their regular beer.
