Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow with a wispy white head. Not bad overall. Some moderate acidity, pale and dry wheat, slight apple notes. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp and clean on the finish, with low sweetness, mild dry wood, lemon. Nice beer.

Keg at Mother Arch, 11/07/15. Pale yellow topped with a decent off white swirl. Nose is pissy lemon, straw, vanilla, light balsa, barnyard. Taste comprises lemon rind, tarte apricot, light wood, herbal rinse, grassy, tangerine, light yeast strokes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refreshing xaison aktion.

Keg at kernel. Light hazed yellow coloured pour with a reluctant loose white head. Aroma is funky, grape , light sour, cider notes, spicy granny smith apple. Flavour is composed of tangy funky, spicy, light vinegar, bit of Brett, palate is light, crisp, sour, highish carbonation Nice dry finish, tangy. Light wood tanin. Interesting.

Keg at the hanging bat, supposedly a blend of 4 barrel aged saisons and 1 regular saison. Pours clear golden, nose is funky, dung, taste is dry, more dung, sweet.

Keg @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Cloudy yellow with a thin bubbly head. Has a crisp, light, sour fruitiness that’s more stated in its aroma than taste but there’s plenty of character in both aspects.
