Bottle shared at Leightonโ€™s 27/05/2015. Many thanks to Leighton for this one. Translucent yellow / straw coloured pour with a small sticky white head. Aroma is wheat, tangy citrus, straw, cif lemon. Flavour is nice classic sorachi character, coconut, lemon ,kaffir lime, wheaty bready malts, some earthy notes. Palate is low carbonation, spicy. Decent drop.

Bottle split at LKS high up place, thanks to the host with the most, 27/05/15. Hazed pale yellow with a moderate off White swirl. Nose is straw, sorachi strokes, spice, lemon rind, light plastic . Taste comprises lime jus, earthy, herbal tones, citric peel, sorachi strokes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok Sorachi affair.

Bottle shared in London - picked up at the Lab. Pours unclear gold with a bubbly white head. Pale grains in the nose, lemon rind, hay. Light sweet flavor with simple pale grains, some grass, faint bubblegum, lemon rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. OK balance in the finish, further pale grains, rindy citrus, pine needles. Drinkable gear.

Bottle thanks to Leighon. It pours hazy pale gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, musty, doughy, herbal, sweet, fennel, liquorice, sweet coconut and earth. The taste is dry, bitter, spicy, cereal, cracker, earth, grassy, fennel and smoke creaminess with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Damn you sorachi ace. Not a fan.
