Keg at Hops & Glory. It pours hazy pale gold with a solid white head. The nose is bitter-sweet, honeyed grain, cereal, straw and a touch of spice. The taste is crisp, bone-dry up-front, dull honey, pear drops, cracker, floral, straw, light funk, meringue, barnyard, earth, pepper and cereal with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Good balance to it. A quaffable saeizeon for sure.

Keg at Hops and Glory, 22/05/15. Hazed golden orange topped with a moderate off White swirl. Nose is citric rind, bubblegum, light floral notes, straw, touch of spice. Taste comprises light yeast esters, straw, subtle honeycomb, lemon rind, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with crisp feel. Decent enough saison, ticks the boxes, not OTT on the honey front.
