Bottle, 75cl. A lightly hazy beer with lots of microfloaties. Golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is lightly sourish, with pale malts, citrus and a resin touch. It’s quite soft on the palate, with a touch of sourness and pine cones. Citrus peel and a little bitterness too. Full body and a soft carbonation. Some warmth. Lasting finish with pine cones, resins and citrus peel. Sure drinkable, but not very interesting. 150228

Bottle, danke and den Westen! Hazy golden, nice offwhite lacing head. Characker turns out to be a very fitting name: Honeyish spicy straw and cookie malt aroma, heather herbal hop notes. Enough salty edges to give it a bit of resistance on the tounge, chewy, fullbodied and satisfying, great balance to the earthy, grassy and herbal bitter hops. Honey aromatics in the aftertaste and retronasal. Quite moreish and dangerously easy to drink. Subtle, wellcomposed Bock.

Bottle(0,75l):Cloudy, golden, mid-sized white fluffy head, moderate fruity and herbal-hoppy nose with fresh hops underneath; solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and quite soft; lingering bitter-sweet finish with lots of aromatic fresh hops in the aftertaste. A fine, squared Fiege Pils…
