Cask at the Cock Tavern - London. Pours clear amber with a frothy white head. Ripe and lightly jammy citrus in the nose, some orange, papaya, bread. Medium sweet flavor with slight mineral dryness, more jammy citrus fruits, oily pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Resinous and oily on the finish with further minerals, some marmalade, bread, orange, mango. Not bad.

Cask at the Cock, 21/09/14. Clear golden amber with a well appointed light beige covering that retains well - a good looker. Nose is candied fruit peel, nice hop presence, bitter orange, pine, bitter grapefruit. Taste comprises earthy hops, mineral notes, red grapefruit, orange pith, light mango. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, earthy hop bitterness in the close. Solid hoppy amber.
