Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, residual white head. Light dry palate. Mild thin malts. Mild tangy lemon. Mild sulphur. No honey I can find. Touches of floralness and citrus. Light crispy finish. Okay.

Draft at Craft 100 September 2014 - London. Pours clear, orange-gold with a light, white foam head. The aroma has notes of ripe lemon and sweat. Light sweet flavor with strong PineSol character, some lemon rind, grains and astringent perfume. Light bodied with soft carbonation; wanting carbonation. Heavy, unbalanced bitter finish with abrasive citrus rind and grass, along with light sweetness and turpentine. Not very drinkable.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 18/09/14. Clear light golden with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is citric peel, lemon rind, light floral overtures, straw. Taste comprises lemon rind, dollop of honey which comes into play fairly noticeably having been a little shy on the nose, citric peel, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but nothing I’d rush back too.
