Euston Tap. Cask. Lightly hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry. There is a nice fine crispness here, nice condition. Light malts support a lovely gamut of flavours. Mild hop skunk, pine, sherbet lemon, sweetish floralness and a little tropical fruits. Touch of Sorachi like lemon cream. The balance of all these flavours is great. Light semi dry finish. A left field knockout. Complex and very tasty.

Cask at the Euston Tap, 07/09/14. Clear pale golden yellow with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pale malt, straw, light bread dough, vanilla essence, touch of citric fruit. Taste comprises earthy hop notes, melon, lemon rind, orange pith, light spice, toasted bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an earthed up hop linger. Ok GB.

Cask-conditioned at the Portcullis, Clifton, Bristol 29/04/2011. "Simplicity" had a clear, deep gold with a decent white head. Pale gold in colour with a slight white head. Hoppy, grapefruit and lemon aroma with some sweetness. Flavour had a lot more citrus fruit, some balancing malts and a decent, dry finish. Very enjoyable.
