Gravity dispense at EBF XVI, 07/11/13. Clear ruby red with a moderate beige head. Nose is dank hops, bready malt, berry fruit, tarte raspberry. Taste comprises citric fruit, earthy hops, tangy berry fruits, bread dough, raspberry jam. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, fruity bitterness in the finish. Decent stuff, tangy berry fruit balanced with hops, refreshing stuff.

Cask at the 16th Egham Beer Festival. Chestnut with a loose white head; slightly fruity aroma, but rather indistinct; definite taste of raspberry jam though; and a pleasant light bitterness to go with it. Well balanced, the fruit is neither too sharp or too sweet. An interesting variation.
