Tap at Ma Che, Roma, 22/06/13. Lightly hazed pale golden. Nose is light soured fruits, hint of soap. Taste comprises earthy tones, subtle soured fruit notes, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, gentle puckerings. Drinkable enough sour but offered little depth or complexity.
