Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 11/21/12
Aroma: This one has a pretty much on style citrus, pine, and resin hop nose
Appearance: It has a golden colored pour, with a creamy white head and some heavy lace
Flavor: The taste has a light sweetness, which is overrun by a pretty big bitterness component
Palate: This one has a pretty big/full body to it, with a smooth, creamy feel, and a soft carbonation
Overall Impression: I found this venture into the IIPA category to be a good one. It feels right on style with a big time hop component. It isn't a world class level IIPA, but it is certainly on that next level of really good IIPAs. Nice stuff.
