Cask at the King William IV; dark brown pour with a bubbly light tan head, aroma has chocolate and vanilla, taste has all the layers of a Neapolitan ice cream, good job

Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Clear, dark brown. Messy, bubbly, beige head. Nose is nailed on Neapolitan ice cream, with an extra dollop of gooey chocolate sauce. Taste to match. It’s sweet and chocolatey with minimal bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. Sweet and chocolatey finish. It’s an extremely well brewed beer, and obviously nails the style, but it’s not for me. Got to give it a decent rating though. I think?
