Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours. Lead yellow-goldwith a big, fluffy white head. The nose holds mellow pissy hops, grapefruit, lemon. Light-medium sweet flavour with soft tropical fruits, melon, papaya, cat pee, lime, mild bitter rind, touches of pine. Medium bodied, subtly oily, with fine, massaging carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more soft pine, lemon rind, grapefruit, rounded tropics fruits. Quite nice overall. Very drinkable.

Keg @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester, as Track Mosaic Vermont. Mildly hazed golden-blonde with a very thin head. Is full in its tangy tropical fruitiness with a mild stewed taste through its strength.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a combination of onion and earthy citrus with grains underlying. Flavor has onion and citrus with a good amount of grass and straw backing.
