Bottle. Pours hazy light amber with small white head. Clear aroma of fruit, malt and hops, with notes of caramel and yeast. Sweetish, malty and fruity aroma, with bitter notes of hops and touches of fruit and some spicy hints. Sweetish finish. Okay as an apple beer but not very impressive as beer in general.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a smallish, white head. The nose has some phenols and sweet almost sugary malts. Rich, sweet, malty body - no real apple feel, but perhaps a vanilla touch. Again some phenols. Carbonation is a little low. 301014

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 27.10.14. Muddy and greyish yellow. Aroma of very ripe Nordic apples. Ripe banas as well (allthough probably not Nordic). Also a bit of pepper and spice. Similar taste, balanced with pale malt sweetness.

Shared bottle at "Mandag i annen, Cardinal. Pours deep golden and hazy with proper head. Aroma of apples, sweetness, phenoles. Sweet, but fresh taste with lots of apples. Reminds of Belgian beer, sweet as a triple.
