Cask at the Cock, RBESG ’14 day 3, 09/08/14. Chestnut brown with a moderate off white swirl and edgeing. Nose is caramel, candyfloss, candied fruit peel. Taste comprises bitter tropical notes, orange pith, light perfume, touch of minerals. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok amber with an earthy ring.

Cask at the Cock Tavern during RBESG. Pours clear amber-gold with a creamy, off, white head. The nose has aome grainy bread, rough pine, earth. Light-medium sweet flavor with prominent, leafy and flowery hops, some dried orange. Light bodied with soft, fine carbonation. Finishes with some earthy hops, light perfume, grains. Not bad.

Cask - Sweet caramel and earthy hops. Clear amber with a decent white head. Sweet caramel and a hit of piney hops with a long bitterness.

Cask at the Cock during RBESG. It pours clear deep amber with a small white head. The nose is earthy, varnish, piney resins, wood, mild spice and some citrus. The taste is bitter, pine, earth, resin, leather, varnish, light caramel, pepper and bitter citrus peel with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Nice bitter amber.
