28/XII/24 - on tap @ La Lanterne (Strasbourg), BB: n/a (2024-1337)
Clear dark maroon brown beer, dense creamy beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very spicy, lots of cloves, nutmeg, some caramel, malty, banana peel. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: spicy, lots of cloves, nutmeg, banana, some bubble gum, caramel malts,a bit sourish, pretty watery for a x-mas beer if you ask me. Aftertaste: bitter, dry, some caramel malts, gentle roast, sweet touch, more banana peel, not very good, just like the other beers from this brewery. Not impressed by their offer.

brown colour, medium sized beige-ish head; aroma and taste of caramel, coffee, dark chocolate, prune, some dried sour cherry, toasted rye bread and over-roasted sunflower seeds; good one
