Bottle from Cotteridge Wines. Cotteridge, Birmingham, consumed at home Thursday 7th December 2015 Pours hazy yellow gold with a white head atop. A touch shallow in the flavour department, there is an underlying citrus pithiness, but it’s not really got too much else. It’s fine but somewhat tame for Gazza, ok. A7 A3 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2

Cask. Rutland Arms, Sheffield. Big fat pint full, because Ruddy doesn’t do halves. Cloudy, yellow gold. Thin, dense, lasting, white head. Lots of pithy lemon and orange. Some mineral. Taste is mostly bitter, with a little citric sweetness. Smooth palate. Finishes tangy, mineral, citric bitter.
