Cask @ Baum, Rochdale. Caramel-gold coloured ale with a creamy head. Crisp the main with a light maltiness and very low bitterness.

Cask at JDW Square Peg; hazy amber pour with a creamy off white head, mostly malt and citrus aroma, taste has some lemon puff biscuits, some dried fruit, basic stuff.
