This beer is brewed using only Danish pilsner malt, and raw wheat, then bottom fermented and matured at low temperature for 2 months.in that sense, it's pretty old school. But we used tropical Rakau and Mosaic instead of traditional German hopsto give it a new, slightly spicy twist. Together it gives you a subtle, yet intriguing aroma and fine taste.

330ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy gold-amber with a medium, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of toasted bready malt, caramel, muddled tropical fruit, yeast and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, indistinct citrus rind, earthy yeast and floral hops with a dry, bitter grass finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Tasty, a good lager.

330ml bottle, thanks to djoeye for sharing. Hazy yellow-golden body. Bubbly white head, spotty lacing. Herbal hops and grass on the nose. Ripe orange fruity flavours, hints of grain, vanilla and mild spices. Smooth mid-sweet ending. Decent lager (Tromsø 11.10.2015).
