Very light, fruity and slightly floral with a slight mead-like character, beautifully balanced with a subtle tart acidity.

Earl Of Essex. Keg. Somewhat murky looking amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry. Good fine carbonation. Thick dried fruit sweetness with a floral accent. A touch of honey. Herb runs throughout. Finishes dry and crisp. Quite a stewy saison, not very light on itโs toes. Okay.
