Bottle from Barley Hops, Congleton, Cheshire, Friday, 19th February 2016, Bottle shared with and courtesy of dad, cheers dad! Hazy amber in colour with a sticky white to off white head. Lemony nose, quite soft in the mouth, a little Morrocan cooking lemon, there is a soft creaminess but it’s hidden in a hoppy boxing glove. Its a little floral, like the lemony flavour, touch of cheesiness. Great beer. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Hazy amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly crisp. Smooth and light pale malts, trace of creamy sweetness. Good Sorachi Ace hops, slightly more bitter than usual. Floral lemon and a little orange peel. A mild and well integrated herb. Smooth finish. Peel and lemon bitterness linger on. A most satisfying Sorachi hit.
