Draught @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Joes Garage Weizen ].Unclear - hazy medium orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, yeast, banana, bubble gum, clove. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, yeast, fruity, banana, clove. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20130814]

Sampled at GBBF 2013, London - Day 2. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a frothy white head. Big wheat and dough in the nose, some lemon and banana. Light sweet flavor with dry wheat, hay and lemon rind. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately clean on the finish with semi-dry wheat and a bit more lemon. Good stuff.

Gravity dispense at GBBF ’13, 15/08/13. Hazed golden with a good sized off white covering. Nose is banana, yeast, toffee, full on banoffee pie aroma. Taste comprises banoffee pie, sugars, light citrus tones, clove. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dryish finish. Nice hefeweizen.

Draft at the Great British Beer Festival 2013. Poured a cloudy orange with a persistent, dense white head. Good hef aromas of cloves, coriander, banana and some lemony citrus. Flavours of wheat, yeast and spice. Palate goes a little watery, but still some good grain and peppery linger.

GBBF Day 2. Cloudy gold beer, little pale cream. Light softish palate, dry. Wheaty malt, little light bubblegum ester. Light dried fruits and perfume! Light dry finish.

From cask. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is estery and dry fruity. Bitter, estery and dry. dry bubblegum estery finish.

Cask at gbbf 2013. Orange with persistent white head. Chalky banana clove aroma. Bready malt slight spicy clove. Palate is a little flat. Decent.
