This is our ’white label’ beer, brewed in limited production runs so you might never see the same beer twice. We use a simple pale malt profile, and generous additions of a single hop variety to allow the characteristics of that hop to really shine through.

This batch features Eureka hops.

(Cask at White Horse, Parson’s Green, London, 23 April 2017) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple and mango. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, lemon peel, grapefruit, pineapple and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing, with a fresh hop character. Nice one.

Cask @ Terrace NQ, Manchester. Golden with a small head. Hoppy ale with light tropical fruits, but not much aroma in this respect.

Cask at the Wellington; clear golden amber pour with a thin bubbly beige head, aroma has resinous pine, taste has tangerine and pine, bitter grapefruit, quite nice.
