On tap at Utepils, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has soft grassy hops and somewhat crisp biscuity malt � smells under-hopped. Flavour is crisp enough, with gentle grassy hops, and dry biscuity malt to back. Somewhat seltzery and above average carb. Doesn�t seem like a Czech pils�seems more German. Pleasant enough but nothing special. I want more hops.

On tap at Hilton in Minneapolis. Pours clear light golden with a medium sized white head, good lacing. Soft malts, doughy, mild grass, lemon. Very good, clean and crisp.

Utepils Pils Draft half liter Pils glass at Utepils Brewing Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The pour is a clear golden with a smallish white head. The aroma is cereal grain and bright herbal and grass hops. The taste is the bright hop notes, particularly the grass, balanced with bready cereal malt and a good dose of mineral to the finish. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and the dry mineral finish. Nice Pils.

Pint can from Total Wine Roseville, 4/2/21. Clear gold, medium fizzy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of bread dough, grassy and herbal hop. Taste is green, earthy hops, pale malt. Medium bodied, crisp, mild lingering bitterness, well balanced. Nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw and grains with a crisp grass note supporting. Flavor has a combination of grass and straw with grains and bread supporting.
