On tap. Pours black with no head. Aromas of sharp oak, bourbon, vanilla, cinnamon, and slick roasted malts. Flavors of rich chocolate nougat, boozy bourbon, vanilla, dark sugars and oily roasted malts. Warm finish but 13% pretty much hidden. Very good.

On tap at Structures - Old Town, pours jet black with a tiny brown head. Aroma is rich and intense, with tons of bourbon barrel character upfront and dominating, moderate dark sugars, molasses, and a touch of vanillin. Flavour is extremely rich and elegant, with huge bourbon character, lots of dark sugars, marshmallow, vanilla, and molasses. Beaufiful barrel character, which dominates the flavour profile. The sugars are present in the right amounts. Fantastic stuff.

6oz. Appearance: dark brown with no head. Aroma: amazing American oak, sweetness, some dark fruits and caramel. Taste: along the same lines, oily, moderately to highly sweet nicely supported by the body. Thick and rich. Overall: amazing representation of the barrel work, love it ❤️
