Festbier
Utilizing premium Italian grown barley and decoction mashed, so it must be Italian, right? This beer is golden with a biscuity grain character and is extremely quaffable.

Golden, bright, with a thin head. Toasty, crackery malt, with nice sweetness in the finish and solid balancing bitterness. Clean. One of the better lagers in BC lately.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is dry and malty, with toasted bready malt, cereal grains, and straw. Flavour is slightly sweeter than their other festbiers, with bready malt, cereal grains, straw and finishes moderately bitter. Clean and well-constructed but doesn't have the malty depth that I would want for the style. Decent.
