500ml bottle. Pineapple aroma with notes of grassy hops, tangerine, grapefruit and pine resiny hops. Pours clear golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, tangerine and grassy hop flavors. Finishes smooth but dry with grapefruit and pine resiny hop flavors. Good stuff.

Bottle, and yeah it's three months old now. Hazy and pale, with a thick head. There's still some juicy orange and passionfruit notes from the Strata. The aroma is fairly bright and it's still very bright on the palate. Subtle pale malt with a touch of creaminess. Moderate bitterness - I wouldn't mind a bit more, actually, especially from the Chinook. This is still pretty good, and I imagine a little bit of extra pop when fresh would have made this amazing. But I can only rate what's in the glass.,

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is pretty divine, with very soft but elegant piney hops, light doughy notes, and a touch of resins. Flavour is wonderfully clean and expressive despite not being aggressive; there's tons of very clean piney hops that dominate, with a very soft doughy malt base. Light and fluffy, despite the pronounced pine. Finishes soft, moderately bitter, a touch dank, and maintains eminent drinkability throughout. Excellent.
