Cask at the Rutland Arms, Sheffield. Light to mid-gold with a big white head and extra lacing for your pleasure. Grapefruit aroma with a cereal backbone. Extraordinarily hoppy bitter sate which focuses its ire in the back of the throat. Long bitter finish. Oily body. Top notch stuff.

Cask. Shakespeares, Sheffield. Clear, pale gold. Messy, thin, sticky, white head. Aroma of sweet, bready malts. Crisp lemon hop. Hints of peach and melon. Taste is punchy bitter. Little in the way of sweetness. Light body. Punchy bitter finish.
