Kings Arms. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry, minerally fine carbonation. Nice condition. Dry malts. Bitter floralness. Rich buckthorn, caramelly and fruity. Bitter floral finish. Different!

Keg at the Cambridge Blue. Dark gold and cloudy with spotty white head. Sea salt, biscuit spread, a hint of uni. Forest fruit sweetness with some umami. I get very little pink peppercorn but the saisony yeast comes through in droves. Some cress and papaya in the aftertaste. Doesn’t taste anywhere near 6%. A decent little drop.
