330ml bottle from Borough Wines, Stoke Newington. Pours golden yellow with light sugary apple aroma. Taste is very light & clean with a subtle tannic bite. Pretty innoffensive with not a lot of Sheppy’s usual character evident. Passable.

Bottle from Sourced Market St Pancras and drunk at home. Clear pale gold, thin collar of white bubbles. Appley aroma with some tannin. Reasonable in the mouth. Some dryness, some sweetness, mostly apple juice with a little interesting tannin to make it an enjoyable drink. Absolutely fine. Quite reasonable, a little dryness on the gums. Decent.

Sampled at the brewery. Clear pale golden color, very small white head. Aroma is fruity, apple being dominant, lightly sweet, a hint of pear as well. Quite nice imo, I like it. Nice and refreshing.

Draft at the brewery taproom during RBESG 2014 - London. Pours clear gold with a few bubbles dashing about. It’s a pretty simple cider, pretty mainstream, with sugary apples, minimal complexity. Tasty and not overly cloying but fairly one-dimensional. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes sweet with semi-ripe, sugary apples. Not bad.
