Single hop Equinox IPA. Aromas of freshly cut green peppers give way to mandarin and bitter orange. A deep marmalade colour with a deep satisfying bitter finish

Keg tap at the Cambridge Brew House. Dark gold, hazy, with a film of off-white head on top. Fresh pine & spruce, orange sherbet, bitter herbs in the aroma. Very sweet with a tempering sour bitterness which lingers mid-tongue. Long herbal finish with pine and citrus peel in the aftertaste. Solid IPA.

Keg at Norwich Tap House. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet orange sherbet, toast & marmalade, pine and hay. The taste is crisp, bitter - sweet, stewed orange, peach, marmalade, hay, pine needles, touch of alcohol with a dry, toasted finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Tastes a lot like toast and marmalade, which I rather like.
