Brewed using unsold Organic Hobbs House Bakery bread. A generously hopped pale ale using organic Simcoe, Chinook and Mandarina Bavaria hops, with Lallemand’s New England yeast, to give a crisp, juicy finish. Soft malt flavour and a stone fruit aroma from the hops, with a balanced bitterness.

Keg at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Golden, clear with zero head. Very weak aroma with bready yeast and some apricot. Sweet taste with a gentle bitterness. Short to medium finish with tangerine peel in the aftertaste. Heavy carbonation. Not a lot in this, which is a shame, but it's tasty enough and refreshing.
