Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6
Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Light gold and clear with a small white head. Heavy perfumed aroma with marshmallow, bubblegum and a touch of the advertised watermelon. Taste is sweet with a defined soapy taste with defines it to the finish. Soft carbonation. Not all that keen.
