Handpull cask from the Organ Grinder, Newark. Golden brown with a slight reddish hue, clear with a tight off-white head. Woody and astringent notes combine with the smell of floral hops. Bitter and somewhat medicinal taste with a long bitter finish. Un ripe orchard fruit and a touch of soap in the aftertaste. Not particularly impressive.
