On tap at the brewery. Deep golden, clear with a frothy white head. Melon, pithy pink grapefruit, a touch of banana and bubble gum in the aroma. There is also a touch of soap, usually a no-no for me but works well enough here. Bitter, fresh taste with some candy sugar yeast creeping through. Dry on the finish with a surprisingly astringent aftertaste. Decent if a shade rough, and very nice to get at source.
