Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Light golden, clear and almost flat. Gentle citrus notes in the aroma there's lemon/lime with a touch of grapefruit. Bittersweet taste, soft and creamy malt flavours with a bitter hop finish. Very by-the-numbers golden but certainly good enough.
