Handpull cask at Broood, Leicester. Golden but not too light. Very little head. Elderflower cordial in the aroma with a touch of soft citrus. Sweet floral taste with a slight bittet/sourness in the finish. Orange feel and more elderflower in the aftertaste. The cynic in me feels this is terribly one-dimensional. Why not just drink elderflower cordial? However I enjoyed it well enough and it is certainly a decent recipe.
