Keg tap from the Cambridge Brewhouse. Pinkish brown, hazy, flat. Strong raspberry jam in the aroma. It’s light and there’s not a lot else, but it’s certainly pleasant. Taste is more of the same: sweet, fruity and jammy with a bittering hoppy note in the background. The flat body works better in the mouth that in does on the tongue. It’s not got a lot of witbier-y characteristics that I’m picking up, as it’s overpowered by the raspberry, but it’s enjoyable enough in its own right despite being a trifle one-dimensional.
