A classic pilsner mainly brewed with light pilsner malt, with a touch of caramelized malt for a fuller and stronger pilsner. It is also hopped in the traditional way with a lot of Saaz hops, in addition we have dry hops for the pilsner to meet the extra sweetness from the caramelized malt. Dry hops are a common "trick" on many ale varieties, but not traditionally on lager beer. This is to give the pilsner a taste feature that moves in the direction of the microbrewery world.

Can 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. Odd nose, somewhat chemical and plastic like. Medium body, clean, straight malts with a discreet bitterness. 310724

Can from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Golden with a white head. Sweetish with grain, bread and some grass. Low bitterness. On the thin side and quite dull to be honest.

500 ml can, from Bunnpris Sauda. ABV is 4.7%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Sweetish aroma of pilsener malts, hints of humid basement and caramel. Dull flavour with way too little bittering hops, notes of grain, a hint of caramel. Won't buy again.

Golden, clear with a minimal white head. Aroma of hops and malt. Light bitter with a malt and straw ending.

Gyldenbrun. Lavt skum som samler seg rundt kanten. OK maltaroma. Smaken tynn. Søt malt etter hvert.

Fonefan 251014. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, hay, sugar, yeast. Medium body. Ordinary beer.
