A classic pilsner mainly brewed with light pilsner malt, with a touch of caramelized malt for a fuller and stronger pilsner. It is also hopped in the traditional way with a lot of Saaz hops, in addition we have dry hops for the pilsner to meet the extra sweetness from the caramelized malt. Dry hops are a common "trick" on many ale varieties, but not traditionally on lager beer. This is to give the pilsner a taste feature that moves in the direction of the microbrewery world.

Boks fra ICA Gausel. Klar gylden med ok skum. Lukter og smaker som industripils, dog med et tydeligere og fint preg av edelhumler. Ekstrapoeng for at smaken er like behagelig og balansert også når temperaturen i glasset stiger.

500ml can shared by djoeye. A clear golden body to a fair white head. Bread-like malty nose, semi-sweet. Pale malts and mild noble hops to the taste buds. Mid-sweet ending. Easy to drink. Ordinary, drinkable pilsener (Tromsø 16.03.2015).

Can shared with EMJ at OSB 04.03.15. Pale, clear golden. White diminishing head and lacing. Decent pilsner aroma, with continental hops, fresh grass and pilsner malt. Taste is slightly better than an ordinary Eurolager.

Lys brun farge med hvitt skum som ligger bra. Lukter malt og sitrus. Godt karbonert, lettdrikkelig pilsner med sitruspreg, men også noe sødme. Lett bitter avslutning.

500 ml can. Clear golden body with a medium sized white head. Light grainy aroma. Flavor is more than less like any other industrial pilsner, not better or worse. Grain, malt, hint of fruit and low bitterness. Straight forward, no faults but nothing exiting.

12.12.2014, 0,33l bottle @ hotel room in Oslo:
Small fizzy mediumlasting head. Aroma is kind of neutral, hay, cereal, metal tank, grain, weeds, paper. Taste is slightly dry grainy, weeds, hay, cereal, dried grain, paper, metal tank. Little bitterness, watery mouthfeel. So boring!

Big white head. Clear deep golden body with light carbonation. Vague dusty fruity aroma. Dry watery grainy taste with fruity notes. Thinnish body. Watery, abrasive mouthfeel. Dry buttery mealy aftertaste with earthy notes. Faint metal. Dear me, this is dumb. Why start a "craft brewery" to make pilsners that are worse than those the industrials make? (0.5l can, from Meny Strømmen.)
