Hazy pale amber colour, with a thick head and lots of effervescence. Collab with Michael Hancock, this is old money af. Got that weizen yeast and light smoke. Wheaty tartness, light smoke, light pear esters, slight banana in the finish. Balanced, complex, I mean you just don’t see modern craft brewers attempting this let alone nailing it.

Glass at the brewery. Big hef glass, burnt orange, white head. Estery nose, way more yeast than smoke, some bubblegum and malt. Flavors follow. It's earthy and malty but way overwhelmed by the yeast. Oily finish. Meh. 6 3 6 3 10
